Lake Murray Floating Cabins

Luxury floating vacation rentals located 2 miles east of I-35 in Lake Murray State Park. The Villas and Gazebo are located at Tranquility Point (north of the swimming pool). The Atrium Lodge, The Cottage, and The Dockaminiums are located north of the Lake Murray Lodge parking lot.

All luxury units are equipped for food preparation (pots, pans, dishes, tableware, toaster, and coffee makers). Bedding and bath linens are provided. Propane grills are also furnished. All units have central heat and air conditioning. The West Cottage has 3 AC/Heat units.

The Atrium Lodge at the North Peninsula

Accommodates up to 18 people (all ages). The Atrium Lodge has four bedrooms with one queen bed in each, a large sleeping loft, five full bathrooms (one is handicapped accessible), and a large (40' x 40') living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen has two sinks, two dishwashers, large microwave, electric range/oven, side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water in the door, and cable television with DVD. The large sleeping loft has six queen beds and cable television with DVD. The Atrium Lodge has a large covered veranda dock on three sides for outdoor enjoyment.

The Dockaminiums at the North Peninsula

Accommodates up to 8 people (all ages). Each Dockaminium has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. The large living/kitchen area has an eating/serving bar, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven, refrigerator/ice maker, and clothes washer/dryer. Two of the bedrooms have one queen bed each with adjoining bathrooms. The third bedroom has bunk-style twin beds. The dockaminiums have cable televisions with DVDs. Each dockaminium has a large covered veranda dock and the use of a covered boat slip.

The Cottages at the North Peninsula

Accommodates up to 4 people (all ages) in the West Cottage and up to 6 people (all ages) in the East Cottage. The Cottages have two bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms with showers. The living/kitchens have an electric range/oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, a dishwasher, and cable television. The East Cottage also has a queen sized hide-a-bed couch in the living room and a washer/dryer.

The Gazebo Lodge at Tranquility Point

Accommodates up to 12 people (all ages). There is a large open living/kitchen area, with one full bath with tub/shower, a large sleeping loft with four queen beds, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven, and a refrigerator/ice maker, and cable television with DVD. The two suites each have one queen bed downstairs, with a full bath with tub/shower and a loft with a queen bed.

The Villas at Tranquility Point

Accommodates up to 8 people (all ages). Each villa has two bedrooms, a large sleeping loft, two full bathrooms with tub/shower, large living/kitchen area with dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven and refrigerator/ice maker. Each villa bedroom has one queen bed. Each villa sleeping loft has four queen beds. All villas have cable television with DVD.

The Loaded Pods

Pods are designed for 2 adults/2 children. They have an apartment size fridge, 2 burner stove, a dishwasher and small microwave. Food preparation, bedding and bath linens items are also provided. There is 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a small sofa in the living room that opens to a bed as well as a booth style table. They do have cable TV and a DVD player. The pods float in pairs of 2 with a shared 12x36 dock between each pair. Each unit has a propane grill, outdoor seating and room to park watercraft. Fishing and swimming are permitted from these units.
