All Luxury units are
equipped for food preparation (pots, pans, dishes, tableware, toaster,
and coffee makers). Bedding and bath linens are provided. Propane
grills are also furnished. All units have central heat and air
conditioning. The West Cottage has 3 AC/Heat units.

THE ATRIUM LODGE AT THE NORTH PENINSULA

| Accomodates up to 18 people (ALL AGES)
. The Atrium Lodge has four bedrooms with one queen bed in each, a large sleeping loft, five full bathrooms
(one is handicapped accessible), a large (40' X 40') living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen has two sinks, two dishwashers, large
microwave, electric range/oven, side-by-side refrigerator, with ice and water in the door, and cable television with DVD. The large sleeping
loft has six queen beds and cable television with DVD. The Atrium Lodge has a large covered veranda dock on three
sides for outdoor enjoyment.

THE DOCKAMINIUMS AT THE NORTH PENINSULA

. Each Dockaminium has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. The large living/kitchen area has an
eating/serving bar, dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven, refrigerator/ice maker, and clothes washer/dryer. Two of the
bedrooms have one queen bed each with adjoining bathrooms. The third bedroom has bunk-style twin beds. The dockaminiums have
cable televisions with DVD's. Each dockaminium has a large covered veranda dock and the use of a covered boat slip.

THE LOADED PODS
|
| Pods are designed for 2 adults/2 children. They have an apartment size fridge, 2 burner
stove, a dishwasher and small microwave. Food preparation, bedding and bath linens items are also provided. There is 1 bathroom and 1
bedroom with a queen size bed and a small sofa in the living room that opens to a bed as well as a booth style table. They do have cable
TV& a DVD player. The pods float in pairs of 2 with a shared 12x36 dock between each pair. Each unit has a propane grill, outdoor seating
and room to park watercraft. You are able to fish and swim off of these units just like all of our other units!
